Matt Hill

Matt set up Rethink Audio. With over fifteen years experience in the podcast sector, he has grown the company from a small drama podcast to a slate of over thirty productions - across different genres - for clients including YMU, Future Publishing, BAFTA, Haymarket and The Times as well as independent shows The Modern Mann, For F1’s Sake and The Media Podcast.

He also cofounded the British Podcast Awards. @virtualmatthill

Dani Linder

Dani develops Rethink Audio's new projects, working on entertainment, branded, current affairs, and corporate podcasts. Together with our clients and producers, she oversees the process of setting up a show - taking a brief from initial conception through to launch and bringing it to your podcast player.She is also on hand to discuss ways in which Rethink Audio could provide bespoke in-house training or consultancy.

Louise Hill

A Project Manager with a love of colour-coded spreadsheets, a mum of 2 (so not around on Fridays!), and a keen cyclist, Louise manages our extensive portfolio of productions. She supports clients to make sure they're getting the most out of their podcast - and are enjoying making it - and supports them with continued review & development of content & format.

The best bit of the job for Louise is the opportunity to work with clients from a huge range of backgrounds: everything from celebrity interviews to corporate internal content; industry publications to in-depth and beautifully crafted documentary series.

Sophie King

Sophie produces the multi-award-winning The Week Unwrapped, Fishawack Health's Beyond The Molecule and is playing a role in shaping some of our shows currently in development. Sophie has a background in radio, show producing for Global and Bauer, including Heart, Capital, Hits Radio and Greatest Hits Radio. She also works with the QI team on the award winning No Such Thing As A Fish, has produced music documentaries for the BBC and the history series Discover the Wall with Maddie Moate

Riham Moussa

Riham is a freelance journalist and audio producer. She has experience in developing content, research, and making audio documentaries and radio programmes. She is a graduate of MA Journalism from UWE Bristol and was nominated for the BJTC award in the best Radio Newsday category.

Riham is also an alumnus of the APA award-winning Multitrack Fellowship and worked with some of the UK’s leading production companies like StoryHunter, Vespucci and Whistledown. You can check her portfolio here

Anouszka Tate

Anouszka is a multi-award winning producer with a background in national talk radio and print journalism. For Rethink she devised and produced a new podcast with London’s Air Ambulance Charity, and currently produces Ideas Matter with Harper Collins, as well as The Richard and Judy Book Club. A stickler for sticking to schedules, if you want a perfectionist project manager, Anouszka’s the one to ask. anouszkatate.com.

Daisy Chakoo

Daisy produces Danny in the Valley and has also worked on Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place.

She also produces and hosts her own show for Transmission Roundhouse called “Finding D.I.C.H.” (pronounced *DICK* but stands for a Decent, Intelligent, Compassionate, Human), a show celebrating being single.

Daisy is an all-round podcast aficionado who is excited about innovating the world of podcasting.

Emma Corsham

Emma is an independent podcast producer working as part of Rethink Audio on a handful of exciting projects. These include PodPod, The Retrospectors, So Lucky with Dawn O’Porter, Animal People with Supervet Noel Fitzpatrick… and plenty more.


Outside of Rethink Audio, she’s known for Ed Miliband and Geoff Lloyd’s Reasons to be Cheerful and many comedy podcasts included Pappy’s Flatshare, Jessica Fostekew’s Hoovering and more.

Sarah Myles

Sarah has worked on Rethink Audio shows including The Week Unwrapped; Freedom, Books, Flowers & The Moon and Thanks A Million. She has also worked for companies including the BBC, Storythings, Global Radio and Ministry of Sound.

Sarah runs an initiative to get more people into podcasting through free panels and workshops about audio called Rise & Shine and also regularly speaks on panels at audio festivals/bootcamps. @tweetsarahmyles

Martin Zaltz Austwick

Martin has been a podcast host, producer, creator, composer, and live performer since 2007 and produces Maddies’ Sound Explorers for Rethink Audio.

He is part of the Aria-winning Answer Me This and British Podcast Award-winning Song by Song. He's worked with prestigious podcasts including 99% Invisible, 20,000Hz, Radio Diaries, The Allusionist, and Zig Zag. He's the founder and lead curator of the Podcast Maker Weekend as part of the London Podcast Festival, and has delivered podcast talks at Hearsay, the Vancouver Podcast Festival, Audiocraft and for UCL, BIMM and HEFCW.

Penny Bell

Penny produces The Waiting Room with Dr Alex and has also worked on podcasts for The Times and the Financial Times.

A journalist and broadcaster, she began in radio as a news reader and reporter after a career in healthcare. She specialises in health and wellbeing and is the creator and presenter of the podcast ‘Discovering Dementia’.

Thomas Griffin

Tom has taken care of recording and production for live episodes of Fearne Cotton's Happy Place and has recorded Jake Humphrey's High Performance Podcast. He's one half of the team behind the Two Shot Podcast and has produced, hosted, recorded, and edited the official Brassic podcast for Sky TV.

Phoebe Adler-Ryan

Phoebe is a media freelancer with experience in storytelling, content development and project management. Alongside the team at Rethink, she co-produced Rachel Botsman's Trust Issues podcast and is currently supporting several exciting projects as a researcher and production assistant.

Having recently completed an MA at Goldsmiths University specialising in immersive audio drama, she is excited to bring her passion and research to new projects. You can find her on LinkedIn.

Meera Kumar

Meera is a BPA award-winning freelance producer and Content Development Exec. She was selected as one of the Rising Stars of 2022 and has produced stories for the BBC, Somethin' Else, Vespucci, UK Parliament, Waitrose, and other well-known brands. Meera is Ambie and APA nominated, and has had her work featured in The Guardian and The Times and selected as one of Spotify's Best Episodes Of 2021.

Al Booth

After more than two decades in radio - interviewing celebrities, politicians, social leaders and Basil Brush - Al moved into podcasting as a freelance producer. He has produced series for 4DC Markettiers and The Dadsnet, as well as writing, narrating, and producing content for Curio and Blinkist.

He writes, produces and hosts his own podcast “Dad Asks Mums” in which he has conversations with Mums to better understand what it’s like to be a parent from the other side. Al lives with his fiancée and 2 children, and finds it very odd to be writing this in the third person.

Izzy Bougeard

Izzy has worked on award nominated current affairs podcasts for the Telegraph and the BBC, including ‘Planet Normal’, Chopper’s Politics and ‘The Global News Podcast’.

She is passionate about raising female voices and recently has been working on female led podcasts, including the chart topping ‘Is it My ADHD? which explores the  topic of ADHD in women. 

Izzy is excited to be working with the Rethink Audio team to create high calibre audio content that helps people to love listening to podcasts as much as she does. 

Helen Brown

Helen worked in BBC Radio for over 20 years before becoming a podcaster. She's now a freelance audio producer, working on everything from 'Guardian Science Weekend' and 'Guardian Weekly', to the award winning health and wellbeing podcast, 'Health to Wealth' for Accor.

She's also the creator of 'Effin Hormones', a taboo busting podcast about perimenopause, which won Gold at the British Podcast Awards in 2022.

Helen splits her time between freelance production and obsessive podcast listening on walks with her dog, Ziggy Stardust.

Emma Crampton

Emma works across Podcast and Radio production and excited to join the team at Rethink Audio.

She’s currently producing podcasts for the United Nation’s FAO, for the amazing charity Women For Women and she’s the editor of The Wingwoman Podcast. Alongside producing, she also teaches audio production to students on Kingston Foundation Course.

Emma’s proud to have co-produced the 7 day Fertility campaign The F-Word for Magic Radio that was nominated for ‘Best Factual Series’ in the 2021 Radio Academy Awards.  She also assisted the winner of the 2019 Whicker Award Ibby Caputo, on the production of her Audio Documentary A Perfect Match.

Ronnie Jones

Ronnie has edited a series of podcasts for Business of Fashion and BBC Learning for us. 

A former BBC/LBC radio news reporter/producer with 20 years’ experience in radio, he specialises in remotely editing audio and producing crafted news packages on location.

Lauren Armstrong Carter

Lauren is an award-winning audio producer making podcasts for The Sunday Times, Global Media, HuffPost UK and the BBC. Over the past three years she's shaped some of the UK's most successful podcast series and is happiest devising new concepts with like-minded clients, where collaboration, creativity and adventure take centre stage.
