Matt Hill

Matt is a multi-award winning producer, with over fifteen years experience in podcasting. In between working for the BBC, Channel 4 and the Guardian, he has grown Rethink Audio from a small drama podcast to a slate of over fifteen productions for clients including YM&U, Dennis Publishing, BAFTA, Haymarket, MBI Media and more.

He also cofounded the British Podcast Awards. @virtualmatthill

Louise Adams

A Project Manager and lover of colour-coded spreadsheets, Louise looks after new business for RethinkAudio as well as managing finances, project admin and HR.

Cheeka works at Rethink Audio producing Danny in the Valley for The Sunday Times, The Week Unwrapped for theweek.co.uk - and is a presenter on the Formula 1 podcast For F1’s Sake.

She has also worked on podcasts for Vanity Fair and the British Podcast Awards for the Guardian. @CheekaEyers

Lucy Dearlove

Lucy Dearlove is a freelance audio producer based in London. She hosts and produces Lecker, a podcast about the power of a good meal, has produced events and installations at HearSay International Audio Arts Festival and was nominated for Best Podcast Producer at the 2018 Audio Production Awards. Let's Eat, the Guardian Audio series about home cooking she produced with Rethink Audio in 2017, was shortlisted for a Fortnum & Mason Food & Drink Award; she's also worked on Happy Place, Homo Sapiens and Round The Houses with Sarah Beeny.

A former BBC/LBC radio news reporter/producer with 20 years’ experience in radio, he specialises in remotely editing audio and producing crafted news packages on location.
